I had fun with this one, i did not see coming... the game starts with little explanation (and to be honest, it keeps that way most of the game... there are bits of "lore" here and there of course, but its not game with deep lore or solid plot to get it going) Having said that, mechanics are really cool, similar to Hades, there are plenty weapons besides skills and permanent upgrades that will enable even multiple playstyles with different form from base weapon. I had real fun playing with the mechanics, learning the patterns and walking through challenges.... later on the game there are even "hard version" of the bosses, and other type of challenges similar to hades pact mechanic One thing to note.... my usual "progression check" (after getting through the first boss) would always be the second boss... it kinda happened that either i would die in the second boss, or carry the run till the end and complete it. Only just started playing, but I'll say, this game so far has been AMAZING and tbh it's incredibly sad to me that this game has only a little over 1500 reviews. Very inspired by Hades and, as the description says, Platform Fighters. I find the game a little hard, but honestly, that's mostly just because I'm not very good at platform fighters lol. However, the difficulty I face does not even lower my opinion tbh, since a roguelike is a roguelike after all, so I'm sure I'll get better with time. :> anyway, tldr: Amazing game with way too little reviews for a 2yo game, would recommend!

This was a blast! It's quite simple compared to other roguelites like Hades 2 or The Rogue Prince of Persia in terms of characters and story, so you'd think it'd be a bit tricky to stay motivated, but it's an absolute knockout in how addictively fun and robust the core gameplay is with its Smash Bros-esque platform fighting mechanics. Sure, there are other stylish action roguelites on the market which are good fun, but this one is really on a whole other level: it just feels so great to be able to creatively combo the heck outta enemies and send them flying into walls for extra damage, and it gets even better when it drops all pretenses and goes full on Smash Bros 1-on-1 Fox Only Final Destination, taking down the guard rails and letting you fling enemies up to space or spike them into the abyss. I may have beaten it, but I'm very tempted to go for a few more runs with the other weapons since there's so much on offer and they all have very cool movesets to master (and it can be amusing to see which ones remind you of certain Smash characters).
