Fun gameplay
Solid roguelike that has enough depth to pickup and put down for 30 min at time, which is exactly what it should do.

Stolen Realms has been a surprisingly fun game for a group of three of us and I like the way that we take our turns simultaneously, so I would expect the game would scale up to six players quite well, though combining even with three is not exactly straightforward. The graphics are a bit ancient, but it has helped the game run smoothly on our slow internet, though really it is not eye candy at all. I would have liked to see the events be more than just a single roll to be successful or not and I am struggling to understand the different attributes. I am pretty sure that they are not at all equal and that Might has impact on more important things than the others. Should we really have both Dexterity AND reflex stats? The game is a bit simplistic really, but that is also its appeal, as you do your missions then come back and find nothing exciting to buy, then you try again. It's all quite enjoyable and you don't have to think about things too much, though you always have some choices. I'd like to play a more attractive version of the game, where the attributes have a bit more balance, but for now it's providing a lot of fun.
