The game screams mobile port, but there’s still some generic fun to be had. The game opens with a packed menu from where you can access everything you need to know. The first thing you see are coins and stars, which indicate that there will be some unlocking involved. Stars are gained by achieving objectives (three per mission) and hitting one of 10 generic milestones such as making headshots or destroying helicopters. Each milestone is divided into five tiers. When you collect enough stars, you will immediately unlock a new armor that allows you to take more punishment. Milestones also grant coins, which can be spent to enhance weapons. There's lots of choices available, and the selection grows with each accomplished mission. You can equip one extra weapon in addition to the basic shotgun, which has unlimited ammo. Although weapons don’t make that much difference, I still don’t like that you can’t de-upgrade a weapon and invest money into a better gun. Because it's created for mobile, the gameplay isn't really thrilling. Each of the 12 missions requires you to survive a number of enemy waves. After a couple of waves, you can choose one reward.
