Sybil is Haunted

RPG Maker strikes again! Sybil is Haunted is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially RPG Maker's top down element coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This RPG Maker kitbash is a runner up for one of the worst "games" on Steam, and that's a tremendous achievement. It's a short e-book with some very minor adventure game elements (yes, the developer could not work out how to make a JRPG with RPG Maker, the only thing RPG Maker can do, and it's terrible at it, so we got this dumpster fire instead). The plot of the book is an incredibly bad high school anime dlub drop-out fan-fiction about how angsty and edgy and gothy they are, combined with artwork direct from MS-Paint... yes, this is so bad they used their own art which is even worse quality than the usual flipped assets from RPG Maker. Cool little horror game. pretty unnerving at times

Short yet quite haunting even by it's titles standard, enjoyed it's atmosphere.
