I played this for nearly two hours and feel like I have a lot to say in just that amount of time. RPG Maker games catch a lot of flak for their graphics as they all use RTP graphics and offers little to no effort. This game however, takes the RTP, flips it on it's head and includes great story telling as well as lighting and a custom battle system. The developer of Symphony of the Stars is actively engaged in the feedback he receives and I see this game as what it claims to be. A game. Not a project.6 found this helpful
This game is super fun. Im genuinely loving it. So far its just 2 party members. If you are playing on a steam deck, turn off lighting effects to play, otherwise its 0-5 fps. Without it runs at 40-60.1 found this helpful
An aggressively average RPG that doesn't reinvent the wheel. I noped out near the beginning of chapter 2, not out of any particular dislike, but simply because there were better games I could be playing.
Had a really good time with this. Excellent level and puzzle design and some really fun combat.
