At nonPareil, autistic adults gain digital technology skills in various domains and work toward building games and items for the digital marketplace. While doing so, our members also acquire social and vocational skills preparing them for success in higher-education and employment settings.

Игра "Tekling 2" – достойное продолжение оригинальной концепции, сумевшее сохранить ключевые особенности и при этом значительно улучшиться. Механика создания и управления Теклингами, милыми существами, способными к эволюции, стала глубже и интереснее. Появилось больше возможностей для кастомизации и развития, что делает каждый забег уникальным. Визуальный стиль стал более детализированным и приятным глазу. Локации разнообразны и полны секретов, а сами Теклинги выглядят очаровательно. Звуковое сопровождение отлично дополняет атмосферу игры, погружая в мир, полный опасностей и открытий. Однако, несмотря на все улучшения, игра не лишена недостатков. Иногда темп игры может казаться слишком медленным, особенно в начале. Кривая сложности не всегда сбалансирована, что может привести к внезапным и неприятным поражениям. В целом, "Tekling 2" – увлекательная и затягивающая игра, которая понравится любителям стратегий, симуляторов эволюции и просто тем, кто ищет что-то новое и необычное. "Tekling 2" is one of literally thousands of retro 2D platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere... and I'm not kidding. Searching for "platformers" on the Steam store page yields over 17,000 results! Is this one of the best of those? Absolutely not. This is a platformer from the NP institute, dedicated to helping differently abled adults with digital skills, which is great for them but at the end of the day this does need to be reviewed in terms of the value it provides to gamers compared to the 10's of thousands of other free games on Steam (and paid ones, too, they tried selling this but couldn't). It's a very basic platformer with a bit of shooting... think the 2D versions of Duke Nukem but not even as good as those. Platforming is an old, mostly dead genre, and this lacklustre experience, while it doesn't have an upfront cost, isn't saving the genre... it's no surprise this failed to capture any attention from gamers in the era of immersive 3D gaming.
