This game about a tortoise walking to push the coconut into the hole and proceed to have a tree sprout from it is one of the greatest gaming experiences I have ever had the pleasure of partaking in. The simplicity of the controls I felt were an allegory for how life can sometimes be difficult and clunky but through hard work and chutzpah you may be able to produce something that was not there before. On top of the simple controls the game simply starts as the tortoise, and the controls, which I believe represents the profoundness of being able to start anywhere, and all you have to do is make a single step. This game tells us that we are capable of adding something beautiful into the world, despite any strife. I can not recommend this game enough, please play this game if think you are directionless, because this game has forever changed me as a person.2 found this helpful

My life was incomplete prior to playing The Art Of Tortoise Walking™. Every joy and every struggle in my life has led up to the last 11 minutes I spent playing this game. 11 minutes spent grinning from ear to ear with nothing but pure bliss and ecstasy. Nothing I have done, and nothing I will EVER do could possibly match the experience I had playing The Art Of Tortoise Walking™. I have peaked, I now have to go on and just "play other games" chasing the same high I felt playing this one. Graphics? Beautiful. Sounds? Immersive. Mechanics? Groundbreaking. I genuinely cannot recommend this game enough. I can't wait to watch the speed running community flourish, as niche youtubers cover this game 10 years later as a hidden gem often overlooked.
