The Hong Kong Massacre

Not sure why this is well reviewed. Instant death game with lots of bad design choices. Enemies are all high speed marksmen, the only way to 'play' is to shoot enemies through walls and doors as if they see you, you're dead. The problem is a lot of objects absorb the first shot, so you shoot and break the door and the enemies fires and kills you because your bullet vanished in the door. I paid virtually nothing for this and I'm still returning it, i'd rather lose 3 dollars in my sock drawer than own this.

It's fun! It's like, you get to play your favorite action scenes in that over the top slow-mo, Asian action bullet flying film, as much as you like. I do wish there were more guns, or special guns that the bosses drop that you get to keep or whatnot, but I also understand that's not the game is about. It's about the beauty of firefights with the flash, smoke and red/yellow Hong Kong theme. Cinematic from top-down. At first, I was hesitant playing the top down, but quickly got used to it and understood why they did it this way. I'd say give it a shot. Haven't run into any bugs myself, but some levels do seem to lag and I find it funny that the enemies don't care about their buddies at all. "Haoyang? Yeah, he's splattered on the floor over there!"

Games fun, but the ui is buggy as hell. I am trying to upgrade a weapon and now the image is frozen and I cant tell what I am doing. Needs some work. I cant do anything after upgrading.

Really cool for maybe an hour

Matar inimigos nesse game é satisfatório demais. Seja em slowmotion ou normal! Mas o game precisa de várias melhorias. Navegar nos menus é horrível, não dá pra enxergar o cursor, você não pode usar o D-pad pra navegar e apertar para esquerda na primeira opção, na intenção de jogar o cursor pra ultima, não funciona. E todo menu deveria ter isso. Precisar usar o botão de restart é uma tortura, pois é mais fácil acertar um tiro que escolher rápido a opção que você precisa. Menus bem ruins mesmo hein. Ah, não bate de frente com hotline miami em qualidade não. O hotline tinha um botão pra você enxergar mais a frente e aqui, que precisava disso muito mais, não tem.

What a game!! Super addictive!!
