About The Invincible
You're an astrobiologist stranded on the mysterious planet Regis III, making branching narrative choices that determine which of 11 endings you'll reach while uncovering the fate of lost crewmates and confronting what evolution truly means. Every decision shapes your story in this philosophical first-person adventure inspired by Stanisław Lem's hard sci-fi classic, where atompunk technology and alien encounters force humanity to question its deepest assumptions.
On her journey, Yasna will face decisions that will shape the outcome of the story. Help her make difficult choices and witness one of 11 possible endings to the deeply philosophical story. Discover fragments of what’s lost and report to your Astrogator. Let his voice aid you during hard times when humanity’s greatest threat emerges. The latter will force you to rethink mankind’s ambitions and biases. Go on - make decisions, follow the mystery… but remember not to underestimate the brutal simplicity and brilliance of evolution. Robots, people… Choose whether to interact with different creatures on Regis III or how to do it. Friend, companion? Enemy? You never suspected what these words might really mean before you got here.
Immerse yourself in the atompunk atmosphere by using various tools, such as a telemeter or a tracker, and drive a vehicle through a stunning landscape. Experience realistic interactions with analogue technologies in a retro futuristic timeline. The Invincible is a first-person game based on the motifs of The Invincible - an iconic novel of the world-known, hard science-fiction author and Polish futurologist Stanisław Lem. There are places like Regis III, not prepared for us and for which we are not prepared. Still, our spacecraft inevitably comes closer to the destination - for our stories and fates to cross in a dead spot.

I wish this was horror game rather, they really had that right setting for it. Overall very linear walking sim with choice and mystery about the story. I like it. 3.5/5 would not pay full price for this.1 found this helpful
Movement is slightly clunky but it's a great game.
absolute cinema.
Generally really recommend this story if like the idea of what it feels like to walkthrough a book. I think it has tons of flavour and the aesthetic is great. Its quite immersive and low stakes. I do wish there was more opportunities to expand the depth of the world and what happened when exploring as there are plenty of options to go off the beaten track only to find a dead end which is fine but considering most the game you are limited to walking does feel like you wasted those few minutes. Also there are times where you can no longer interact or spot something for just because a bit of dialogue has passed meaning you can't tick off some boxes when it seems perfectly reasonable to be able to. Also the tools you are given look great and feel good to use but its a shame they are only relevant for the first part of the game after that they don't really serve any purpose. 7/10
This makes me wish that deep space exploration on foreign planets was real. But I expect that we will never reach this far into space exploration in the next 200 years. Similar story narrative to Firewatch. 8/10
enjoyed it :D
