The Killing Antidote

Honestly dude? ♥♥♥♥ yes. This is the chinese version of RE with an extra spicy protagonist and we're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ here for it. Pretty tight gameplay, and it's EXTREMELY impressive for a two person dev team. I am not the type of person who can overlook excessive jank, so you know this game hits the mark for dev quality. Please support this team. I can't wait for part 3's release, and neither should you. $30 will be an incredible buy for this once the 3rd chapter comes out. I got it when it went up for sale at 30% off, but if you're not penny pinching just buy it. You won't be upset you did.

Best REZ clone I have ever played. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Resident Evil 4 action strategy gameplay and Resident Evil 2 survival mechanics. This game is pure dopamine in a nutshell. And to top it all off, the fan service is tamed and tasteful.

Pretty good game. The gameplay is a callback to older zombie shooters though sometime it can also be annoying. The lack of a map or clear indication of where to go can be a real pain, but the general shooting more than makes up for it. The progression through the game shows new ideas creeping in, without being implemented in previous stages, but even so it feels natural/good so can't complain. Looking forward to more!

It seems QA is non-existent in this game, I highly doubt it has ever been play tested either. Game turns into total ♥♥♥♥ show after the section filled with poisonous gas, where you need masks to survive, and lots of special ammo to kill the enemies in there, which costs a lot of money. Not being able to pause the game while changing masks, weapons or healing does not work well in a game with fast enemies. Devs should've either designed slower enemies or introduced pause mechanic... Skill issue with the devs on this one unfortunately... Balance really feels the most broken in the above mentioned level, even though it is a total mess throughout the whole game. I know it is still in early access, but I am pretty sure it could've done much better. If there will be nothing done about this problems asap this will be just another gooner's game nothing more, and so much potential would be unfortunately wasted...

Areas are totally indistinct from each other. I'm just running in circles giving my thumb tendonitis.

A really good zombie / creature horror game with really nice graphics and customizable options for character. PROS: - Beautiful character - Lots of character customization options / body sliders and makeup - A HUGE amount of character clothing options! - Environments and levels are perfect - Creatures / zombies are creepy (and 1 is kind of hot lol) - Fun weapons to choose from - Great difficulty balance - Around 8 to 10 hours to complete the story, but over 40+ hours for extra content and 100% achievements CONS: - A few of the achievements are a bit grindy. If you don't care about 100% achievements then it's fine. 9/10 It's 100% worth full price, but i would wait for a little discount if you don't mind waiting to get that 25% off.
