THE LAST HUMAN IS A BIKER

Game is fun, but the dev has seemingly abandoned it. No updates or news since release (4 months). There are still placeholder systems in the game that say "coming soon" or something similar, so it does not seem like this lack of progress was intended. Unfortunate.

Fun but needs updated bad.

For what it's worth, pretty fun. Auto Battler on a bike.

Current state: Promising Shooter game with rogue-lite elements in the form of currency you collect for every run which you can use to unlock upgrades. Has a 'one more run' element to it which is mandatory for a proper rogue-lite. Some things to note though due to Early Access: Limit to upgrades. Components such as the Lab which is not done yet. Also: Slow unlock speed and for the moment being you have to juggle between having a single shooting but powerful gun which is strong enough to beat the Kraken boss. Or then have a wide firing setup that absolutely bags everything but cannot defeat the Kraken before it whacks you. As a result the game basically forces you to figure out a setup that has enough firepower but still gives you a chance to survive the hordes until you reach the boss. Treat this as a pro or a con if you will. I for the moment being consider it a limiting factor as for now the game forces your hand: Do a run to maximize currency to buy upgrades OR go for a run that has a realistic chance of taking down the Kraken using a gun that has enough DPS, narrow enough shot to make all shots count and you the player hopefully good enough at dodging at this stage as yo…

The core gameplay just weak. Sorry guys. I hope if devs would read it, they won't be discouraged by my words. Red monsters - is harmless, and blue and green do damage? Are you trolling your gamers? :D It's a very misleading, red = danger in all languages! Upgrades with a tick damage? Bike is going to fast to make this damage of use. Maybe with some boss, but I've got tired less than half an hour playing the game. It's not clear where the biker is on the road and hard to define whether you are going to avoid obstacle or not. Overall design very simple. Not ugly, but without a face. I think, it's possible that biker with a gun with some retrowave music on the background can make some impression. But not in the current condition. Overall controls feel kinda clunky, not clear how to use bike and use roll over to kill monsters on the go. In order to buy something, you should hold a button. Is that a console game? Poor weapon selection and perks are not in the release atm. I get, it still in the EA, I wish, honestly, developers to finish their game and make it more interesting to play. Game costs literally nothing, but in the current condition I can't give advise to buy it, sorry.

Maybe I'll change this later but you can't even beat the game currently. It's impossible to kill the last boss.
