so the ai cheats. It doesn't matter who you play as there will be one ai cranked all the way up on optimized gameplay and luck cheating. There's not really difficulty selection or anything, so if you don't have anyone to play with you should probably not get this game. It also doesn't help that same characters, same deck, same board. Like that's fine, but it leaves a lot to be desired when there's not really a lot to the game. I'd nearly recommend just getting tabletop sim just because this isn't really an interesting enough of a game to worth getting as its own dedicated thing.

This is a shockingly decent board game, even if nothing about is really tied strongly with the stories or the mainline games. It's initinally janky and weird, but after a few tries you can have quite a lot of fun with it.

great little game as a side activity if you do something else or watch something. easy to start, easy to stop and continue another time due to autosaves.
