Players criticize Three Kingdoms Simulator for poor technical implementation, including lack of English localization, no graphics customization options, and an inability to adjust resolution to match displays. The game uses dated pixel art that players feel reflects limited budget or talent rather than a deliberate stylistic choice, resulting in visually underwhelming presentation compared to modern PC standards. Overall, reviewers describe it as a technically inadequate game that fails to meet basic expectations for contemporary PC gaming.

The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC …7 found this helpful
