TRACE Definitive Edition

THE GAME IS SOOO GOOOOOD! Took me 2 hours and 26 minuets to finish, and about 9000 clicks ( I click like I'm ♥♥♥♥♥ up) The everything about this game, the ambient noise, the graphics, the sounds, the point and click, everything makes it so special. I felt so immersed in the game at all times. The puzzles were all connected and though they we're too complex, they all took a good amount of thought and when you got it, no matter how long it took for it to finally click, it felt like an "a ha!" moment. Sometimes things did get confusing but, honestly, to sit with the confusion and just rummage through your thoughts, compile the information, and find a solution is a skill that is really necessary and that is what I would suggest for people to do instead of searching solutions up. That being said I do have to admit that I used youtube for like three things because of my lack of penitence. If buying a piece by piece puzzle in real life is justified at like $20 ( idk how much those things cost lmao) this game is for sure worth $10. Then again, you can just go on cool math games and play it for free like I used to do in my Spanish class.

[h2]One of the must fun escape room returns with a beautiful remake[/h2] [b]Puzzle difficulty:[/b] ★★★☆☆ [u]Playtime:[/u] 2-4 hrs This is a remake of the Itch io version, it is free there if you want to play it for free, however I'd say support the dev with your purchase :) This remake is even more beautiful and stunning visually than the original, with some polish on the puzzles and UI. The in-game screenshot feature is very helpful, but there is no hint system, but you don't need it, trust me. Everything can be figured out if you observe and put some mental work in. The level design is excellent, the puzzles are just so fun, creative, and innovative. They can get slightly difficult though, but there is no moon logic here. Several environmental, multiuse puzzles and a satisfying final puzzle wraps this up as an awesome and tight escape room experience, one of the best you will play. 100% recommended.

Very fun and challenging. I loved the art style, such a unique feel. There were a lot of "eureka" moments when puzzles clicked. Over all it was fun and you should buy

I love all the games STUDIO LOOK have made over on itch.io and seeing trace on steam I just hade to pick it up. In my opinion this is their best work yet. The graphics are stunning and I LOVE that all the classic sound effects are here to. This game is criminally underrated and If you enjoyed this than I encourage checking out their other work. 10 / 10. 100% recommend this!

The game can be frustrating but that is part of its charm. It is well designed but sometimes I did wish there was a hint option, Now, the real purpose of my review is to commend the exceptional music score. The composers and musicians did an amazing job, and my hat to them for this exceptionally well crafted and beautiful score. I have since digitized it and now play it as a stand-alone piece of music on my sound system. Bravo!
