Art isn't the best. Spend a LOT of time just starting at the same screen going through loads of poorly written text.

Not to dump on a free VN but I can't bring myself to recommend something so poorly written and with so many sexist comments from the main character.

overall, this game is decent enough for a visual novel, it builds blocks of what a visual novel should be, a compelling story, creative elements and a hint of mystery as well as providing meaningful choices that makes the game good. however, the game lacks in artistic imagery, specifically how half the game is just either a white or black screen. furthermore, despite getting all the endings the game seems rather short and could be explored between the signifigant characters (will not say who due to potential spoilers). Overall, the game is good for those who wish to play this due to not having anything to do but is not reccomended for those who has other games to play.

[h2] Welcome to Trick and Treat [/h2] Not to be confused with a similar titled game, this one is a visual novel. The game is from the same developers as Connected Hearts, but what baffled me is that this one came out a year earlier and still has a better art style than the other one. Anyway, it’s an easy and free 100% completion, so thank you, devs!
