TripleBuilder

TripleBuilder is more of a 2048 style game than a match-3, the objective is to place buildings of various heights next to other buildings of similar heights, which causes bigger buildings to arise (similar to how matching numbers in 2048 leads to much higher numbers). So, that's not how the architecture and construction industries work. Entirely unrealistic. There's a sim-city like backdrop to the game but trust me, there's no actual sim/city building going on here, it's just a mobile app that was rejected by the app stores (they have QA) and dumped on Steam instead. You can change the resolution and there's a dopey vehicle mode that I couldn't work out how to get into, but that's not going to save this. At least some attention to detail was made, anyway. The assets in the game are pretty simple, I'm not sure if they're asset flipped. This really does feel like a simple mobile app and doesn't have any deep interest or appeal to dedicated PC gamers. The game is completely free. This is noble a gesture that shows dedication to both gamers, and the gaming industry. At first I thought it is a city builder kind of game, but turn out to be match 3 and I was a bit disappointed, but my bad on this one because I didnt read the game desciption at all before installing. The game is quite simple, it's really free, and it's pretty good.

Good mini game to have.
