UCISMA

UCISMA is a strange little game that I found difficult to describe at first, but that is also part of what made it interesting for me. It has a very experimental feeling, where the main appeal is less about following a traditional story and more about exploring its unusual world and seeing what happens. I went into it without expecting a huge polished adventure, and I think that helped me appreciate what it was trying to do. The exploration is the part I enjoyed most. There is a lot of atmosphere in the environments, and I liked taking my time to look around rather than rushing from one objective to another. The game has a surreal quality that makes normal locations feel slightly wrong, and that kept me curious about what I would find next. I never quite felt completely comfortable, which I think works well for the kind of experience UCISMA is going for. I also liked how much of the experience is built around discovery. Instead of constantly explaining everything, the game lets me work things out as I go.
