While still very difficult, Wizardry 7 shines with it's massive party switching options and a great storyline. It is better than Wizardry 6 in so many ways and sets a great stage to move into Wizardry 8. This game really should be played with the automapping mod and several other bug fixing mods to make it more enjoyable. Using a guide is also suggested to save on numerous deaths and literally going around in circles to progress the story. This game is much better for new comers and will reward those who stuck through Wizardry 6.1 found this helpful
I'm an old fart that played this game when it first came out. But, ugh it's really UNPLAYABLE. the interface is JUST SO AGGRAVATING. I tried to push on, and I just can't do it. And, I suggest you save yourself the pain. Really love good old fashioned games. But, this one just hurts too much.1 found this helpful
