A lot to dislike, for me. Combat can be hard to see, specially in crowded squares, leading me to sometimes target the wrong person by accident. There is zero inventory system for equipment, and very poor RNG gear choices from fights. There is no meta progression. The purely rng drops are very limited in number and types, meaning you are unlikely to get anything you want or need for a build. Enemies accrue buffs after each inn stay, but are supposed to reset after each chapter boss. The reset seems bugged as it has not always reset for me (once it did, once it didn't). Very difficult and rare to get any healing other than the inn (which buffs enemies and is ultimately a doomed approach). Couple with no meta-progression and lousy loot drops means that each run is pure luck.6 found this helpful
A cute, pretty fun tactical game about saving the world from oppression. Took a little bit for me to get the hang of it and I'm not sure how I'd do in hardcore mode, though now that I get how it works I'd probably try to go longer between long rests. You benefit from save scumming to roll for better benefits per encounter.2 found this helpful
The UI and controls had me so frustrated in the first 10 minutes I had to quit.2 found this helpful
A unique experience, basically a series of choices intersparse with combat, with a pretty steep learning curve, and it's very easy to make a bad team with almost no course correction, a robust tutorial could help newcommers to ease the learning, in summary: Pros : - Unique premise - PC Build variety is good - Nice Replayabiilty, if u could understand the mechanic Cons - No tutorial - No course correction, wrong build halfway...restart - Currently no ingame halp, so many mechanic is trial and error Overall A nice experience, and with a good build a pretty rewarding game.1 found this helpful
