About Yes, My Warlord
Core Game
In this kingdom-management RPG, you play as a hobgoblin warlord who has conquered a dying kingdom. Now seated on the throne, you must guide your legion through 100 throne-room events, juggle scarce resources, survive power struggles, and make grim decisions that will shape your legacy.Decide whether to aid your people… or exploit them for coins, troops, and flesh. Every choice pushes you toward one of three destinies: founding an enduring kingdom, becoming the world’s most feared mercenary company, or ascending to godhood through dark rituals.FEATURES
- Hear petitioners each day and respond with brutality or mercy.
- Face moral dilemmas, resource crises, and dubious requests.
- Choose between three branching storylines, each with multiple endings.
- Manage food, coin, and manpower to weather famine, revolt, and war.
- Earn titles and reputation based on your leadership style—revered, feared, or forgotten.
- Experience the decay of a grim fantasy world where loyalty is rare and power fleeting.
- Make too many wrong calls and your warlord’s legacy will end in death, exile… or utter obscurity.
Setting
Yes, My Warlord is a medieval fantasy, choice-driven game set in the smoldering aftermath of a brutal conquest. A hobgoblin warlord has marched a legendary legion of five thousand goblinoids across the continent, toppling kingdoms and leaving ruin in his wake. The world lies fractured—its cities burned, its rulers dead or fled. Now you sit upon the crumbling throne of a fallen human realm, surrounded not by enemies but by silence. No worthy foes remain to test your might. This is a turning point in history. Will you rebuild, dominate, or descend into chaos? The future of your legion—and the world—rests in your hands. What Steam players say

Funny. The trailers humor is definitely represented in the game consistently. Could use a few more bells and whistles, and probably a sale if you're the thrifty type. That being said it has kept me entertained and in good spirits, which is worth the price of admission and a positive review.8 found this helpful
