✦ AI summary

Crisol: Theater of Idols impresses players primarily with its stunning visuals, detailed character models, atmospheric locations, and excellent art direction, alongside a unique weapon system that uses health as ammunition for engaging resource management. However, the game is hampered by poorly designed puzzles and some occasional minor gameplay issues like unresponsive ledge-climbing mechanics, though the overall experience is considered solid and enjoyable by most who appreciate its survival-focused gameplay and creative presentation.

Yellow paint right from the start, and the main character narrating EVERYTHING. So annoying. Refunded. I can SEE that the path is blocked. I dont need the guy telling me every little thing like im braindead.

Crisol: Theater of Idols, is probably the best FPS to come out in years. Why do I say that? How many FPS games or any games have you played where you have to drain your blood (health) to refill your ammo? And probably the biggest selling point is that it isn't based on American ideals. It is based heavily on Spanish religious beliefs and traditions, that alone should win it an award for game of the year. Who isn't tired of FPS games based on American ideals or some such crap? Besides, Crisol has flying cherubs with burning heads, I mean who doesn't want more of that? While it's not an AAA release and the studio sadly, had to lay off most of its staff it should be recognized for what it is, an innovative and well told FPS. And I highly recommend playing it.

I really enjoyed playing Crisol. It's not the game of the year, but it's a cheap masterpiece, and I had a lot more fun playing it than some expensive AAA games! Using your blood as bullets is a great idea. The atmosphere — the characters, scenery, and bosses — is absolutely fantastic, and the length is pretty good considering the price. It is a little bit buggy, and the character feels a bit heavy to control. The story isn't particularly groundbreaking, and I hated the puzzles, but these are minor issues overall.

Wow what a banger! Surprised me how good this was. Only complaint was some of the puzzles were hard/ complex. Really wish there was a new game plus mode too

its good for one playthrough the idea of having your health tied to your ammo is cool the enemy types are nice but really is a linear game yellow paint everywhere its worth it on sale and playing through it once the en va is kinda dookie though
