i have played this game annually for over ten years and the game is... fine. it used to be worse but the Dev team kind of flaked on this game. first they released it then reworked it, let it sit for a good eight years then reworked it again making it fun. And then they made an auto clicker. then they abandoned this game for an online game. I am really disappointed in the fact so many bugs and issues still exist in this game even back from 2014. if you wanna play this, don't buy it from the devs.

I really wanted to like Pixel Piracy because... pirates and pixel graphics should be an easy win. Unfortunately, it just feels clunky, repetitive, and more frustrating than fun.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED this game when I was 12. I remember so many road trips where I'd have my laptop in the backseat of my moms car and try to create a pirate ship worthy of the Seven Seas. There's no way I only have 22 hours, I remember playing this for weeks upon weeks.
