What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Attack on Titan / A.O.T. Wings of Freedom captures the anime experience well with engaging movement mechanics that feel fun despite initial control awkwardness, though players note the gameplay follows Koei Tecmo's repetitive formula and becomes predictable after extended play. Most reviewers recommend trying the sequel for better variety and content, though this entry remains a solid experience for Attack on Titan fans looking for a faithful adaptation, particularly if purchased on sale rather than at full price.
Overall an alright game. Unfortunately some of the achievements appear to be bugged and tend to break easily. Such as the one for getting all the achievements. To any achievement hunters that might get the game... Beware my friends. :C Had to resort to using Steam Console commands for the bugged achievement to pop, but it worked!3 found this helpful

good
Basiclly watching the anime with faster pace but you're in it. Very fun game just aura farming and having fun.
Playing this game while I wait for AOT 3. I had played this version before, first on Xbox and then PS4. So this would be my third play through, especially of obtaining majority of the achievements besides 100% gallery completion. Idk if I have the patience for that. Not unless I want my gameplay hours to double. Sucks though because now with AOT 3 coming out there is no reason to even buy this game if you haven’t. But I totally had my fun with it. Especially playing as Levi subjugating titans.
