Astromental Incremental

Like most incremental games, the main focus here is on mining, although this time you are mining objects in space, such as planets, for matter. The actual mining starts out as a simple process. You hold down the mouse button over a planet and wait for the circle to fill, with each completed circle counting as one mining cycle. Fortunately, you can enable automatic mining fairly early, which makes the process much more convenient. Once enabled, you only need to position the circle over a planet and leave it there. Progress is initially quite fast. Each mining cycle gives you one matter, but it does not take long before you can start investing that matter into upgrades, including upgrades that increase how much you earn from each cycle. You can also eventually purchase asteroids, which bounce around the screen and generate additional matter whenever they hit the borders or collide with other space objects. There is no traditional upgrade tree for the main progression. Instead, upgrades are divided into four categories covering asteroids, clicking, planets, and comets. Fun little incremental game. Interested to see how the long term skill tree unlocks progress, but gameplay and progression are fun.

[h1]Planetary System Creation Idle[/h1] [i]Astromental Incremental[/i] is a short idle game of spawning objects in space around various stars to create planetary systems. You are ... a vague entity of voice and light. Your boss, also such an entity, tasks you with crafting planetary systems around various stars. You start with a dwarf star in the center of the screen and click on it to generate Matter, your main currency. With Matter, you can start to purchase asteroids that pass by the star. Eventually you add comets and actual planets to the system. Asteroids bounce around the game field indefinitely. Comets respawn at the edges of the game and throw themselves into the system. Collisions with the star and other objects creates more Matter. You also can buy upgrades for these basic items with Matter, such as increasing income from collisions or reducing respawn time. Every so much Matter generated creates a piece of Dark Matter which can be invested in a tech tree for various upgrades and buffs. Warp is the prestige mechanic in the game. Pretty fun incremental. Music is great, progression feels pretty good. Definitely recommend if you like incremental games.
