Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone

Another fun game ruined by the use of gen A.I i know making game is hard but are you really that lazy your release a game half done and with gen A.I filler dialog just ruins the dialog when half way through talking to a npc you suddenly hear that lazy monotonus toned A.I voice

This is absolutely horrendous! I feel ripped off it is so bad. I feel deeply disappointed in the devs. This game does not know what it wants to be. It is AI slop. This is literally the worst game I have ever played. I own approximately 500 games. Luckily I bought a steam key on another site for 14.00 usd. I wasted an hour working to buy this game and then wasted 4 hours figuring out I wasted my time. Hopefully this will help you not waste any more time. Look elsewhere! Had I paid the steam full price I would be even more upset. Save your money. Trust me, it is bad. This is an On rails " poorly constructed open environment that is boring, predictable, cheeesy. It feels like a game made by a.i. resembling something from 2007. Sound design is horrible. The voice over is weird. And the biggest gripe so far are the GUN SOUNDS!!! they are soooo quiet and WEAK SOUNDING. Bring up the volume. I want to feel the shots. play the game bodycam. Also, why no LEAN function to peak around corners? Maybe it does later in the game? That would be another easier implementation to help with immersion. Otherwise, I am going to keep trying the game.

Could have been good, should have been good. But now it seems ghosted. Lack of updates both to the game and to the supporting community. Backers from kickstarter are left in the dark, last post was may 5th 2026. Don't bother with this until like 5 or 10 years from now, maybe it'll be finished and fully released and then maybe those who invested in this game can get what they paid for?? I mean its sort of clear now why there's all sorts of trouble surrounding this dev and the production of the game. It seems like they have no intention of keeping investors (on any level) in the loop at all. There's plenty more to be said, but I'll just leave it at they messed up and have yet to take full responsibility for it, and 2,424 people have been left in the dark after helping fund this game.

Great game with a TON of potential, sadly the developers Farm 51 have pretty much gone MIA and even filed for bankruptcy (though apparently this was because of the nuances of Polish law) The game has a low player count not because it isn't a fantastic experience, it's because they haven't updated it or even gave us ANYTHING to hold onto even an update/news since the last one a long time ago on May 5th. As said, great game, it just isn't finished, still has a ton of content, but it still has a ton of bugs among other things and despite uninstalling because it seemed to be abandoned it will only make you depressed it isn't being worked on, I have S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 for PS5 but I would prefer a finished version of this ANY day. You can easily see how this game could go from 6/10 on Steam to a 9 or even 10/10 if it was just finished or ATLEAST had regular updates to build up to it. TL;DR: It's complicated but by no means is it a bad game, just one that just needs to be worked on which I'm doubtful at this point it will, which is a shame because what could of been is so apparent.

I will have to agree to some comments some of the quests are a little weak but for the most part I like the game
