About The Multi-Medium

The Multi-Medium is a visually unique 2D puzzle-platformer adventure in which you play as an interdimensional explorer in the multiverse. The world is watching as you embark on a first-of-its-kind expedition to explore parallel universes, but something goes wrong... there is a glitch in the technology and you can't get back home. Lost in the multiverse, you embark on a journey to find your place in each world and in the cosmos.

Jump, climb, swing, swim, toss, and grapple your way through 10 diverse universes, each with its own distinct art style, setting, and story.

Each level of the game is painted or drawn in a different physical medium, scanned, then brought to life in the game. Absolutely no digital art was used in the making of the game.

Features:
- 10 worlds, each with its own distinct art style, setting, and story
- new mechanics in each level to keep the gameplay fresh and exciting
- 7 bizarre boss fights/encounters
- plenty of strange characters to meet
- hidden secrets in every level

Puzzles are a bit simple but the point of the game is the art so was absolutely worth it to buy a word of warning my laptop was on the very line of being able to play and lagged on the parts of the first level and and all of the last level so if your specs are any worse that mine don't bother

the puzzles can be difficult but it's definitely rewarding when you get through them. the story is awesome and i love the concept behind the whole thing. 10/10

Beautiful game. Every level was a work of art. My favorite part was all the creatures you could ride, with the tarantula being the clear winner of the bunch. The Birdgut level's boss fight was just as rage-inducing as parts of the also-awesome Birdgut, but in a (mostly) good way. The hidden items were apparently hidden extremely well. Even looking for them, I didn't even manage to find half. Maybe I'll come back and try to find them all after I work through some more of my backlog. This game's definitely worth a second playthrough. After playing this and Birdgut, I'm really looking forward to seeing this dev's next game.
