Love Dorf Romantik, thought this might be able to scratch a similar itch. It's fine, not as well structured as Dorf Romantic, doesnt set its hooks into your brain as much. Went through once, unlocked al the buildings, don't have a real urge to play it again. Fun enough to pick at lazily at the end of the day.

Spent 3.5 hours not realizing that I spent 3.5 hours playing this game. 10/10

Save yourself the trouble and dont buy it. Bugs right in the tutorial that block you from proceeding. Game will not launch any non tutorial session. The help email listed on their dicussion page under report bugs give you an automatic kick back saying it is non operational.... so I am stuck unable to play at all.

I really like this game! It's cute, it's relatively simple while still being challenging, and it's a good anxiety reducer for me. I know other folks are complaining that this is just a worse Dorfromantik, but I've only played this one so I can't speak to that. I don't have any major complaints about this game. I find it a little annoying that the rotate and zoom functions are both tied to the scroll wheel on the mouse with seemingly no way to remap them. But that's a very minor gripe as there are separate keyboard key functions for both. Overall, it's a great little game that I keep coming back to.

It's fine - I can't really give it a thumbs down, but it's not as good as other tile-placing games. I finished it on my first playthrough without really understanding the intricacies of the scoring system. 3 1/2 hours and I don't really feel there's any replay value. 6/10.

It's a simpler version of Dorfromantik but also cute because it adds cats. Definitely a fun game to play while your waiting for things to get done or friends to get on. I wish you could see the tiles before for the structures in your books but they want you to be able to do it on the fly and it is good to memorize it. The only thing I wish they would add is a way to tell what is the front of the tile because it does get confusing when your trying to place the structure tiles other than that its a fun challenge I can keep coming back to!
