Three Kingdoms: The Blood Moon

I like this game a lot. i like the art style and its fast to pick up and play. 4 Chars, each with unique cards and mechanics. I think its a steal.

Really fun Spire-like! Each character has a few different build paths that seem to be equally viable

After 2 runs, I debated for a while whether I'd give this one a positive or a negative review. However, I decided that there's enough unique aspects to give it a tentative recommendation, even if it's far from the best in the genre. The Slay the Spire structure is there: go through three acts, building up your deck and other resources. There's 4 characters, though the card pool is shallower than in Slay the Spire. I don't just mean a lower card quantity: there are some cards that are just "better" than others. For example: one card gives two block, but blows up if held at the end of the turn. Another does the same, but doesn't blow up and can reflect damage back: and it's not even a rare! Events and relics face similar balance issues: one event in Act 2 essentially won me the run then and there. The theming is nice, but the poor translation and the clashing graphics do it no favors. But the "saving grace" of sorts that gives the game an identity beyond a STS bootleg is the "snowball" aspect of the game's design.
