A Show of Kindness

This is an awesome little VR presentation. The art is absolutely amazing! I love how you can see the illustration take place while in game.

*A Show of Kindness* is a **three-act VR experience** where you wander through a story that’s basically **frozen in time**—like you just walked into a perfectly staged museum diorama, except you’re allowed to walk around and judge it silently. It’s built from a custom version of **Tilt Brush** by concept artist **Peter Chan**, and it shows: everything looks like it was painted by a wizard with immaculate taste and unlimited patience. Meanwhile I’m in my living room taking three steps forward and immediately turning 180 degrees like “wow… art… where am I… did I leave the stove on?” You basically **walk through three scenes** (room-scale VR) and soak in the **ambient sounds**—which is great, because it means the main gameplay is “be curious” and the main boss is “accidentally standing too close to something and feeling emotionally intrusive.” **Pros:** * Gorgeous, handcrafted VR storybook vibes * Short, chill, and surprisingly moving * Free (so you can experience culture *and* keep your wallet intact) **Cons:** * I spent 10 minutes admiring a scene and forgot I have knees * You will try to lean on something that isn’t real (VR tax) * Makes you want more… and then you’re back in…

the download took longer than the game... no smooth locomotion and no turning via controllers... I applaud the art, but I cant recommend it as a game, and it's too short to be an experience.
