Albert Mort - Desert Heat

It has potential... but its extremly broken and poorly optimized. Also you can't play any missions until you earn stars, but it never explained how to earn any.

You start off as a one man squad and you come across backup units as you progress through the short but challenging levels of the story mode. These units can be controled and played by the .ai or a friend can hop on and play local co-op with you ! From what I've played so far I like the game, it's very enjoyable indeed :) It will be really fun if they add proper internet multiplayer as well ! I will be doing more videos of this game :) Enjoy ! \o> P.S. Yes, I recieved this product for free. No it did not affect my honest review and opinion of the game. I thrive on being honest with my viewers and if I dislike a game I'll be brutally honest. This game isn't as polished and fancy as a top AAA title, but for an Indie game it's very nice indeed. 7/10 - I do recommend this game if it is your cup of tea :)

Albert Mort: Desert Heat is a third person shooter game that bows deeply for old C64 classics, such as Commando. The game has been developed by a newly founded Finnish independent game studio Teekoo Games. The player controls a bad-ass mercenary Albert Mort that gets occasional help from other green-jackets. The game consists of tutorial, practicing, missions, sub-missions, etc. The missions might include shooting, driving, saving strippers (including shooting), etc. Apparently, there is also a storyline underlying all this but that isn’t the driving factor for players in this game, just as it wasn’t whilst playing Commando in the early 90s. Albert can be controlled by a gamepad or mouse and keyboard out of which I was forced to choose the latter one. There’s a chance of co-operative gameplay in the game but unfortunately, during my gaming period I couldn’t find a volunteer person to share a keyboard and face my anger so this function remained untested. But be prepared buddies; it will happen, you just wait! And I have to say that those semi-intelligent NPC soldiers have really earned that prefix, so I would totally welcome a co-player made of flesh and bones for some pretty mome…

I love the concept of the game but local multiplayer games is buggy. I can´t play the game with my xbox controllers im very sad to know that this game dont work properly

nice game, like 8-bit shooters, difficult
