Instead of focusing on economic management or lengthy political campaigns, the game emphasizes battlefield control, quick tactical decisions, and continuous momentum. Its straightforward design makes it welcoming for newcomers while still offering enough depth to reward careful planning throughout its expansive campaign. The heart of the game lies in conquering enemy fortresses and securing control of the battlefield. Every captured castle continuously generates troops, creating a constant struggle for territorial dominance. Success depends on recognizing the right moment to attack, reinforce vulnerable positions, or intercept enemy advances before they gain the upper hand. Although the controls are extremely simple, every match requires players to balance aggression with defense, making timing and positioning far more important than simply sending the largest army possible. I liked the game itself, it was very captivating. But playing on steam deck has one drawback — there are no saves. It is sad that after playing you must start from the beginning :(
