I bought this game because I expected a stupid novelty game. You know, bear runs around, Nazis panic, maybe five minutes of entertainment. That is not what I got. What I got was a cold, miserable little logistics simulator about morale, bad planning, and the long-term consequences of annoying a Russian bear. You play as a bear. The game never explains this. Nobody comments on it. There is no intro cutscene where a scientist says, β€œMy God, we have made him too patriotic.” You are just a bear, and everyone acts like this is normal. In fairness, by Stalingrad standards, it probably is. The game’s best decision is that it doesn’t wink at the premise. It takes the bear seriously. Too seriously, maybe. It asks you to accept the burden of bearhood and then drops you into a frozen ruined city full of armed men who have somehow failed to prepare for claws. The setting is bleak as hell. Snow falls constantly. Not in a pretty way either. It feels less like atmosphere and more like the weather personally wants you dead. The Nazis have guns, numbers, and uniforms. Unfortunately for them, none of these things are especially helpful when the opposing force is a large mammal with no ammo requ…

Developed and published by Rabotiagi games, BEAR, VODKA, STALINGRAD! is an unapologetically outrageous third-person action game that blends wartime imagery with absurd comedy. Rather than striving for realism, it presents an intentionally exaggerated adventure starring a battle-hardened bear determined to defend Stalingrad against invading Nazi forces. The game's premise immediately establishes its identity, embracing over-the-top humor and cartoonish violence while placing players in a frozen battlefield where survival depends as much on enduring the harsh climate as it does on defeating enemies. Its willingness to lean fully into its bizarre concept gives it a personality that is difficult to forget, especially for players who appreciate unconventional indie games. The gameplay revolves around accessible third-person shooting with a straightforward progression system. Players fight through waves of enemies while collecting increasingly powerful firearms from fallen soldiers, creating a satisfying loop of combat and equipment upgrades. Unlike many arcade shooters, the game also introduces a light survival element through its freezing environment. Staying alive requires warming up…

The developers had some sort of vision when creating this game because it's everything I've ever wanted and maybe even more than I ever wanted (if that's good or bad is up to your own to decide). It has literally everything a good game should have. It has the blatant alcohol abuse that we all know and love, it has the obnoxiously loud shooting sounds which make me regret waking up today, it has a fairly low price which it is most definitely worth, it has some of the best music I've ever listened to while being in a call with the boys. I must thank my sister's boyfriend for recommending me this absolute gem of a game, for it brings me great joy in both the aspect of being in my possession and whenever I actually play it. Many will call this game "a meme-shooter" or "short" with "not that much content" but those people don't see what I see. I see vodka and a bear. I see communism and hear the music echo through my entire room as it is slowly killing all of my thoughts. And most importantly... I see Stalin and his gorgeous likeness in form of a statue (which is visible from the entire map). This game may not have changed my life but it changed my evening from mildly boring to absolute…
