It´s an old amiga Jump n Run remade for PC. But still looks like an old amiga game. I wonder if anyone would make this an enjoyable trip to memory lane... It´s playable, every translation beyond english itself is horrible, But trust me. You won´t spend 6 Bucks here... If you are curious wait for a sale.

Canyon Capers, developed by CrazyMoo Games and published by Sunset Sugar Studios, is a retro-styled 2D platformer that pays homage to classic arcade adventures while introducing modern features such as unlockable characters, collectibles, and replayable levels. Rather than attempting to compete with contemporary platformers that emphasize complex mechanics or cinematic storytelling, Canyon Capers focuses on capturing the spirit of old-school platform gaming through simple controls, colorful visuals, and levels built around exploration and collectible hunting. The story provides a lighthearted backdrop for the adventure but remains intentionally simple. Players embark on a quest to recover the legendary Golden Mollusk, an ancient artifact believed to hold tremendous power. Along the way, players guide the main hero—DinoJr—and a growing roster of companions through a series of dangerous environments filled with traps, enemies, and hidden treasures. The narrative itself plays only a…

One of the worst games I've ever played and only launched out of a morbid curiosity (from a random bundle I got ages ago). By far the worst thing about this game is the poorly designed levels. Absolutely frustrating enemy and trap placements, almost as if it were designed with the intention to hurt you rather than provide meaningful challenge. The levels don't flow very well and it'll put you at odds with the timer for each level. Combine all that with the poor hurtboxes and awful knockback you experience when you take damage, and it's an exercise in frustration. If you want to study characteristics of a bad platformer or simply a bad game, this is one of them.
