It instantly reminded me of the vibes from games like Portal and The Talos Principle - and not in a copycat way, but in a subtle, homage kind of style. The strategic think, compelling puzzles, and gripping story... It's all there. Playing as Surge and Data? Super fun! Their unique abilities really shake up the gameplay and keep you on your toes. But the puzzles are the heart of Circuit Breakout. They challenge you, tease you, but in the end, reward you with that exhilarating ‘aha’ moment. It's that perfect balance of frustration and satisfaction. Sure, it's not a AAA title, and yeah, there are a couple of bugs here and there, and the graphics might not be the flashiest. An amazing game! There are a few technical issues such as certain areas not loading properly and the voice volume being the same (100, even at 0). As well, this game could do with some closed captions. Also, as I played this on my laptop, I had to connect a mouse in order to complete any levels. I feel that giving the player options for key mapping would fix this issue. Apart from those criticisms I love this game. The puzzles are really fun and the visuals were pretty good. P.S. Hi Josh :D
