About Darksburg

Darksburg is a cooperative roguelite action game where you must team up to escape the hordes of Infected that have decided to settle down in the quaint little town of Darksburg.
Assume the role of one of the heroic Survivors each with their own unique skills and personalities, power them up with the numerous perks and skills you will come across throughout your runs and defeat the nefarious revenants and legion of undead that have come to plague this formerly peaceful city.

- Master the arts of cooperative gameplay to survive the relentless hordes of Infected that are terrorising the town of Darksburg.
- Choose among 3 random perks each time you level up and combine them to create the perfect build.
- A procedurally generated adventure. The entire city of Darksburg and the loot it contains changes with every run, so no two games are alike.
- Explore a number of unique zombie infested locales spanning across the entire town with a diverse range of objectives, enemies and items to encounter with each run.

Thumbs down. The game had something real going for it. It was fun, it had character, and you could tell there was effort behind it. But it feels like it was left behind before it ever got the chance to become what it could have been. Now it’s quiet. Hard to find anyone. Hard to keep going with something that clearly isn’t being supported anymore. It’s strange how something can feel full of life at one point, and then slowly turn into something empty, not because it had to, but because it was left that way. Some things don’t fail because they weren’t good , they fail because someone stopped caring. ** for the records I have it in another account so I have more hours there. just in case some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is gonna say I didn't play much like always.9 found this helpful
Abandonned less than a year after release in a kind of incomplete state. Just avoid this developper.3 found this helpful
abandoned :( fun game though, but only 1 map to play through so you'll burn through the little content it has very quickly. shame.2 found this helpful
Should have been a fun game, but purely because of the balance it turns to ♥♥♥♥. Only two of the characters are even remotely playable to an enjoyable degree (the rangers). The abilities and enemies are not matched AT ALL. "Gain health by killing enemies in area" Cool a fighter who gets rewarded for getting dirty. -> Ability knocks enemies out of area. -> Area runs out before being able to kill enough enemies (literally less than 2 seconds). -> Enemies never enter area. -> AI companion steals all kills in area Everything in the game is like this. Yea... no thanks.1 found this helpful
Update this game, this game has so much potential. I think more people are willing to play this type of game now more than ever.1 found this helpful
Controls aren't very good. If they had just fixed the control scheme, this could have been an entertaining enough game. The visuals are great. Unfortunately, I gather they've abandoned development, and they're unlikely to fix the controls. I wish I'd played this earlier so that I could have requested a refund. Unfortunately, I waited too long.
