They flag accounts before you even create characters to play. Seems odd to have a game in which new players are prohibited from joining. Wish that steam would take this off their market.7 found this helpful
I used to play this game a lot and really enjoyed it. I came back after a few years to play again, wanting to make a new character and have fun levelling back up and enjoying all the content I'd missed. Nowadays however the early game experience is a joke. You kill everything in one hit making every single dungeon laughably easy and boring. This persists until endgame when you can finally start playing the real game, apparently. A lot of the fun of this game for me was slowly being able to learn my character by levelling up and feeling rewarded when my character got stronger but now it's ruined. I hope they change this in the future but I doubt it.2 found this helpful
I created an account after downloading the game but it said my accound is restricted/suspended. I completed the authentication process. I tried to log in via steam client, and tried deleting the steam client, downloading the neople client and logging in, but neither ways worked1 found this helpful

I just played this game for one week, yesterday my account was banned for abnormal activity, I don't know what is abnormal activity, I don't know what my poor character do, I just finished all the quest and start to play PVP, in PVP channel also have quests, and I tried to finish it, because I'm a new player, the PVP quest is difficult to me, I played for about 2 hours. There are all the activity I done, and they say it's an abnormal activity, I try to contact with them, they send me an Email said they were investigating, then nothing else happened for now. Don't waste your time to play it. It's not worth it!!!!!!!!!
Lots of buttons sure there is a game here, but just constantly has pop ups and annoys me. My friend who used to play this game a lot also said that you kinda have to get into a club to do any end game content.
