Not as good as Dungeons and Dragons Heroes, but if you like having an excuse to play another Diablo-like game, it gets the job done.3 found this helpful
It's a "meh" if i were to be honest. Originally I was annoyed the level maxxed out at 10, felt way to low. It's age now forces you to update*.ini files so you can play it on a modern machine, and hide graphics bugs that no longer have the ability to run. But it's a DND Game, and here I am, playing it again. UPDATE: Final boss has mechanics thar are REQUIRED. i'm playing a fighter, which has AC and DMG enough to finish him without the mechanics, but it just resets until you play the way it was coded.... that makes this a "meh, nah"3 found this helpful
Don't bother, co-op no longer works and the game isn’t worth playing on its own: a paper-thin storyline, repetitive enemies and mechanics, PowerPoint-style cutscenes, and a combat system lacking in depth, there are way better options out there.2 found this helpful
Stercus game with loads of glitches. Skins don't load and you look like a blue smurf or smurfette; powers are lost after being acquired; enemies and treasure sometimes float in the air even after battles; aiming is difficult and camera is unhelpful. At one point I lost the LMB weapon slot - simply became inoperable - whilst the RMB continued to hold a scimitar that I could not get rid of and didn't register in my inventory. Skill tree is limited; weapons are uncustomizable; powers are very poor. Cannot rank over lvl 10. Story is boring and action is repetitive. Dialogue is text with grunting noises. Character design is very bad - blocky, bland, and indistinguishable one from the other. Any gathered loot, weapons et alia, is bland and uniform. Boring beyond belief.
Stay away from this janky piece of garbage. Worst DND game i've ever played. Issues on so many points. Should be a case study.
For a game I played last 12 years ago and only for 17 minutes. This one sucked.
