Faced with an overwhelming threat, the Vatican enacts a classified operation.
Every exorcist is now accompanied by a girl known as a Scarecross.
Her spine has been replaced with a cruciform structure made of reinforced titanium, and her left arm is a prosthetic engraved with the entire Bible in microscopic script.
These bodies—transformed into religious symbols—were long considered inhumane and avoided.
Their large-scale deployment speaks to the extreme nature of this mission.
