About FORM

Charm Games brings you FORM, a surreal adventure that unfolds within the confines of the human mind.

Dr. Devin Eli is a brilliant physicist at the global technology mega-conglomerate Mindful Laboratories. Working in seclusion at an atmospheric research facility in the Alaskan wilderness, Dr. Eli is on the brink of uncovering the meaning behind a mysterious signal coming from a secret artifact - The Obelisk.

Playing as the gifted Dr. Eli, you have superhuman powers of geometric visualization - the unintended consequence of a childhood trauma. Use your powers to follow the signal through The Obelisk and explore dream-like memories to unlock puzzles in your own mind. This path could lead you to a new existence…or it could leave you trapped in your past forever.

Charm Games is a small independent studio of industry veterans from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The games we make are passion projects for our whole team, based on our shared belief that virtual reality can make the impossible possible. Since releasing FORM, we have been humbled by your support and enthusiasm. Please enjoy!

WOW. im not one to leave reviews, but idk how I couldnt with this game. This is the first and only game Ive sat through the credits for. Its a short game, but its the type of game that makes you deeply tied to the world its building, it made 2 hours feel like 10 minutes, and im begging for more. just wow

Extremely Short Puzzle game from the early days of VR. Took 1 HR to complete. Played on PSVR2 via PC adapter. Has a very light story and is very visually stunning. The Puzzles are tactilely engaging in VR, but to be honest... never really get above what you would expect a kindergartener to tackle and solve. Feels more like a short story experience, or the vertical slice for a much larger game/narrative that never got picked up to be expanded as a full release. Never the less, I enjoyed my time with it. It did not overstay it's welcome, the audio and visuals were very nice (even for such an old game), and there were no bugs/ technical difficulties. maybe check it out if you pick it up cheap.

Wow FORM outstanding puzzle graphics show down. Waiting for FORM 2! I was happy from the beginning. I have not being a a trip like this since 1973! Kudos! The graphics are outstanding, the puzzles challenging, and no problems at all with the with controllers. I played on a Pimax Crystal Light Pimax Openxr. No crashes, slow downs,no bad trips. I'm sad it was too short! plase make more! Awesome concept.

I loved this game from start to finish. The visuals were great and the puzzles were not overly hard. I'll admit I got a little jump scare a couple of time but that was most likely due to where I was standing ingame at the time and once due to my teenager scaring me mid game lol. Yes, the game is short and that doesn't bother me at all. Sometimes it's nice to have a short game to play and not get stuck of hours. Happy puzzle solving.

Kaleidoscope The Game, Seizure simulator that lasts less than the battery on Quest 3, but overall a worthwhile experience. Don't expect revolutionary gameplay, the tasks are very simple, but you'd want to play this for the music and visuals.

Excellent VR puzzle experience but it's just too short. Once you've completed the experience, you're just left wanting more.
