About G-MODEアーカイブス15 ちゅら島暮らし
Where there is sky and sea, there is a story.
Experience the "slow life" of your dreams on a southern island!
This is a game that allows you to pseudo-experience life on Chura Island, an imaginary island reminiscent of a remote island in Okinawa.
You will be able to experience the "slow life" that you have always dreamed of, surrounded by the soothing sound of the waves, on a sandy beach, looking at the wide open sky...
The "slow life" of your dreams awaits you.
You are free to do whatever you want, from interacting with the residents of the village and visitors to the island, to enjoying activities unique to the southern island, such as sea fishing, shamisen (three-stringed instrument), killing habu, and Okinawan cuisine.
You can walk around the island and experience all kinds of things.
Why don't you relax on "Chura Island" with the main character who moved there after getting tired of living in the city?
■ About G-MODE Archives

In order to enjoy the app as it was back then, the web-connected menu, buttons, and keys have been transplanted, but some of them may not work.

A beautiful game. Presented as a slow life simulator of sorts, it's actually a time management adventure game with quite a bit of mini-games and romance thrown in. Originally a mobile game for Japanese feature phones it doesn't actually feel limited and junky like a lot of mobile games are. Aside from somewhat limited scope, it's a fully-featured experience with beautiful sprite work and excellent writing. The story involves the main character who got tired of living in a big city and decided to move to a small fictional island in Okinawa. The main game last's two weeks over the course of which you will uncover the Islands secrets, learn the Okinawan dialect and culture, and if you're lucky even get a bride ;) The progression is done through exploring the island, speaking with characters, and completing the tasks they give you which usually involves playing a variety of mini-games. Advancing the story means being in the right place at the right time, because the in-game time constantly passes no matter if you're standing still or changing location. Think Shenmue and you will get the right idea. The overall length of the game will vary depending on how well you know the Japanes…12 found this helpful
