Players praise this indie mech fighter for its engaging combat that feels satisfying when mastered, good single-player content, and impressive customization and visual design reminiscent of Gundam and Armored Core. The main criticisms are that multiplayer is essentially dead, missions can be too fast-paced, PvP devolves into stunlock battles that feel either overpowered or helpless, and equipment descriptions lack clarity before purchase. Overall, it's recommended as a solid value for the price despite its shortcomings.
Solid Mech fighting game the missions are fast - sometimes a little too fast however and normally a 1v1 just ends up being "Who can stunlock the opponent longer" meaning this game makes you feel like a complete God when everything clicks or like an absolute Ragdoll when not i also would like more descriptive equipment information before i purchase weapons aside from these issues for the price however i can definitly recommend1 found this helpful
I died ten times to an early-game boss fight and only barely managed to eke out a victory by getting slightly better at the game and optimizing my mecha build. You can't convince me that this isn't just an Armored Core fan-game. Buy it RIGHT NOW. It is SO PEAK. It's everything Daemon X Machina wishes it could be.
Feels like Indie Gundam Vs. Scratches a very specific itch, with a good variety of single-player content. Multiplayer is pretty dead tho. Midnight DiveBar Food/ 10
I loved the part when the main character said "{unintelligible}"
