Griftlands is a deck-building rogue-like where you fight and negotiate your way through a broken-down sci-fi world. Every decision is important, be it the jobs you take, the friends you make, or the cards you collect. Death comes quickly, but each play offers new situations and strategies to explore.Play as Sal, Rook, or Smith. Three unique character campaigns with their own specialized decks, abilities and maps to explore. Sal is an adventurer out for profit and revenge. Rook is an aging spy working his own agenda. Smith is an idle loafer who might just save the world. Each playable character's story takes place in a unique environment, with different factions and locations to explore and exploit.

What if deckbuilder roguelike but also cool interactive story. Two battlesystems, one being negotiation and the other fighting make game more realistic and my brain go wee
This game is amazing! Fantastic replayability, decent story with an amazingly interesting world. The pets are fun, the builds are perfectly synergistic, and the artstyle is positively exquisite! I must say this game is perfect for folks who love deckbuilders and games like slay the spire.

Quite fun, for at least one campaign run! The battle system is quite interesting to learn and get the hang of. Con as far as deckbuilder goes: Caveat that I feel like I kept seeing repeats of cards in the reward choices, so it didn't feel like there was many cards going around. This is supposedly fixed by unlocking new cards after finishing a run, but since a single campaign is 3-5 hours long, I don't feel incentivized to grind card unlocks or play a new campaign for the *chance* new cards will come in. I think this is a good 15-20 hour game by finishing campaign with the 3 characters, and then replayability if you happen to want to try a new build or roleplaying strategy!
