Guns and Nuns is an old school FPS where you play as the nun Angelica Amadeus, storming hell for fun with two golden desert eagles, destroying demons with the power of faith and hot lead through strange stages with bizarre gravity fields.Your goal is to kill as many demons as possible before the timer runs out. You can extend the timer by breaking hourglasses scattered throughout each stage. Killing demons quickly starts a combo chain: the higher the combo, the higher the score. Killing demons quickly enough makes the nun enter in "Holy Time"mode, Making her a psychopath, her guns stronger and allowing you gain bonus points during that state.

I cant recommend this game. Concept is nice and i like the idea of a psychotic nun gunning down devils. But the planatory physics man. A dash sends me off the edge spinning around a pillar while 20+ devils standing direct above me out of my vision while the the next batch chases me and stab from the back like a heavy stealth spitroast. Im getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from directions i cannot see because the world is spinning quite literally i cant aim for ♥♥♥♥ since from Nagato from Naruto decided to use Chibaku Tensei that I should fly up up down down left right left right as soon as my gun is pointed in the face of the devil Idk what im writing man,1 found this helpful
its a good game overall. music is good, killing enemies is good, weapon variety is good, the platforming is iffy in some levels and the movement is a bit stiff, but still overall a good game for the price. now while i do recommend this game for those that are into fast-paced boomer shooters, i had some issues regarding the sixth stage of the game, galaxy of wrath. to get the messenger of god achievement, you need to get a 5 star score on galaxy of wrath. and to get a 5 stars, you need a score of at least 2 million. now that doesn't sound bad, until there isn't enough enemies to kill to get 5 stars. the flying enemies spawn way to far away and travel at a snail's pace to get to you, which by then burns up the amount of time you have, there aren't enough enemies that spawn on the planets, and the hourglasses don't really give you enough help since they only give you an additional 30+ seconds to the timer. idk if this was bad game design, an unresolved bug, or its just skill issue on my part. but maybe the score should be 1 million instead of 2 million, have more enemies in the level, move the spawn point for the flying enemies closer to you, or simply add more seconds (I.E. 45+ or …1 found this helpful

Other than being similar to ULTRAKILL i got dizzy and pretty sure deaf by Angela's laugh and the weapons SFX, but I loved the game, hope Dev keep updating it
