I cried four times. I'm grateful to experience this adorable game.4 found this helpful
Finished all the achievements in about 2 hours. The airplane one took the longest, about 25 minutes... you need to make sure all your shots are good with maybe room for 1 error. Have to be quick, too! Had lots of 13s and 14s before I hit the 15. The storybook within the story was a good read. It had beautiful imagery. Cassette tape is found in the floor is lava minigame. It's a very short game. Can be finished in one sitting. I got this game from a bundle, so I did not pay full price for it.1 found this helpful

Heart-wrenching, sobbed the whole way through. 100% recommend
Here's a Totally Objective Review of the Game - https://youtu.be/y5XV4cS5MCw Rating: 10/10
This game was beautiful. It was around a year ago when I played before I decided to make this review while looking through my library though. The video game segments are simple yet fun as can be, and the hospital story is touching and heartwarming. The gameplay itself is rather casual, but the story and symbolism more than make up for it. If you are looking for a nostalgic Super Nintendo 2D platformer type game with a rich story, buy this game.
