What Steam players say

Players praise this niche speedrunning parkour game for its unique momentum-based gameplay, challenging level design, and excellent soundtrack, with some calling it a hidden gem that influenced the genre. However, complaints center on its very specific appeal that won't suit most players, difficulty spikes from instant failure mechanics, awkward controls and button layouts, and basic visuals, making it primarily enjoyable only for dedicated speedrunner enthusiasts with a controller.
This game makes you feel like a parkour "Runner of the Future". So far, so good. And then you miss a platform and become a parkour "Runner of the Past".23 found this helpful
Dash through the levels like a maniac and beat your friend's highscore then your highscore then become the ancient wizard. Very challenging especially on some levels. Controls need a bit of tweaking (unusual button layout). You can wall jump and shoot switches to open new paths. While speedrunning you collect orbs of wisdom which will come in handy in the future (not really). Visuals are basic because it's all about the gameplay. Music is like ascention to the heavens. If this is not a speedrunners heaven then I don't know what is... PS: To temporarily change game resolution press F1 and type setres 3840x2160 f in the console.
16 found this helpful
This game is good for a VERY specific type of person who loves speed-runner parkour platformers. I don't. There is not much to see. Very niche game, and with keyboard and mouse it's very hard to play.2 found this helpful
First person speed game about keeping momentum. Nothing quite like it has come since, it is truly a hidden gem of a game.2 found this helpful
This game was novel in its day, a simpler time. Now we have games like SEUM and CyberHook, or even Lovely Planet leading the charge, but back in my day this game was it and it was everything.
