About Jessika

Dear Jessika,

I have so many questions…so many questions that are haunting me since…then. I know we had lots of dissensions in the past. And sure, I have to admit that I wasn’t the best father there is…everybody has his faults and his crosses to bear.

Anyway, the important thing is, you have to learn from your mistakes. But right now, it’s too late for redemption, too late to say I’m sorry. There’s no way I can put right the terrible wrong that I’ve done – because of what you did and for whatever reason you did this. All I can think of is: WHY? Was this your last resort? If you would’ve talked to me, we could’ve found a remedy, a way out…somehow.

I can’t blame you for keeping silence and a low profile. I can only blame myself. No matter what others will say, for my emotional well-being, I want to – no, I have to find out what happened and what made you do this.

I hired professionals that will be able to bring light into the darkness, inquiring your whereabouts and examine your intentions. And maybe, but just maybe, they can ease my conscience. At least for the time being.

Love always.
Dad

This game is pretty good! It's fun taking notes and paying close attention to the video logs for clues. It makes the experience feel like I was a LEGIT DETECTIVE. It's also pretty easy to 100% if you're an achievement hunter like myself. So I'd say that this is a pretty good buy!

i read the reviews and some of the guide stuff before playing and while this is a game that definitely has earned its mixed reviews i don't think its for the normal "this game sucks" reasons that most games seem to have. for players who are sensitve to mature topics you should stay clear as this game is very heavy of topics of self harm and politics and nationality. Useing the stam guide you could prpbably finish it in about 3 hours so its not a super long play in that sense however from what ive seen not all playthrough unlocks quite the same. begining the game can be a little confusing if your bad and being patients a reading through everything to figure out what exactly to do however this game is also meant to be played in German so while there are translations throughout the game its not a perfect translate. overall i think iuts a good game. not becqause of how much fun a person has with it but rather the content and massages it portrays. the ending seems a bit unfinished as i would like to see the storyline developed a bit more but it was definatly a interesting play to say the least

Jessika, developed by Tritrie Games and published by Assemble Entertainment, is a somber and unsettling descent into the digital remnants of a stranger’s life. Rather than presenting a traditional narrative structure, it places the player behind a computer screen and asks them to act as both investigator and voyeur. You are hired by Jessika’s grieving father to comb through her personal files following her apparent suicide, tasked with uncovering why she died and what may have driven her to such a final act. The premise is deceptively simple, but the emotional pressure emerges immediately; you are sifting through someone’s private world not as a casual observer, but as a surrogate detective piecing together trauma, identity, secrets, and relationships that no longer have the chance to be explained firsthand. From the beginning, the game feels intimate in a way most thrillers don’t—every discovery feels like crossing a boundary. The gameplay unfolds through an interactive desktop interface that mimics a real operating system. Instead of exploring physical spaces, you click through folders, watch video logs, scan images, and read personal chat transcripts. The central mechanic revol…

I can't recommend this. It's not that it's bad or low quality, it's just very unpleasant. It's got interesting mechanics and good acting, but it's grim and depressing, and I didn't enjoy it in the slightest. Really missed the mark.
