Magic Exposure 2 – Yuri Visual Novel

This game sadly feels very unfinished. Different music loops overlaps with each other, making it sound really annoying. Sometimes the game doesn't react when you do the only thing you can - left click, whic also breaks the flow a lot. The art style is very cute, the story is a little bland but I was not expecting too much out of it. But even if the price is low I would not recommend it as it mostly makes it annoying to play with the music and the clicking being off.

[h2] Story/Concept [/h2] Much like the first game, it's a simple story. The main character goes through a break up and is now stuck between her ex, Erika, and the mysterious council president. I do not like that the previous game's ending was retconned to create the setting for this story. The camera also makes it's return but it is still put to one side. However, I do think that works for the attempted narrative this time around. [h2] Characters [/h2] There are three main girls, Bianca, a rabbit girl, Erika, a demon wolf girl, and lastly Lucia, a fox girl. The former two are from the first game and have the exact same sprites. Neither of them have a single different outfit or expression. At least this time they didn't describe clothes that didn't exist but with the breakneck pace they likely didn't have much chance to do so. The writing of these characters is atrocious. Both Lucia and Erika gaslight Bianca in some form in their routes while it's being framed as a feel good love story, Erika being the worse offender of this. Even so, at least Erika is having more character development shown, It's just a shame though that the in-between games development makes her very unlikabl…
