"Magic Seeker: a mimic's odyssey - chapter 1" is an RPGMaker turn based combat adventure game. In terms of gameplay, it's nothing you haven't seen many times before. This game is very fun though! The characters, the enemies, the outrageous storyline and a joke on us by the dev attack, are worth the time! The graphics aren't anything special, same with the music; it's your typical rpgmaker sounds and assets. The combat is mediocre and at times it requires luck and not skill. Some enemies you will see, others will surprise you. Save often! It is a mimic game on its heart and you will realize it soon enough in the game world. It's funny, witty and it will keep you entertained with its craziness for a couple of hours. A simple game with a low pricetag. Try it one afternoon that you want to have a nice time with a bizarre, mysterious and entertaining story. You'll crack a smile. This game has provided me a fun experience especially considering the small price tag, it's filled with funny interactions and engaging combat mechanics. While the story may short and shallow, it satisfies the player and leaves them yearning for more. There is tons of dialogue and characters that you can miss in this game which all can give you a good chuckle. This game being linear yet feeling so much as an open world is quite an achievement. You should definitely give this game a try. I can't wait for what's to come of this!
