Romeo could have married Juliet if I didn't forget that Vegeta is the prince of the Saiyans, not Goku! [b]It was 9 "O"s to 1 "X"! Then, the game just picked that one X! Man, I sat on this review for a few nights before writing it. If you like Trivia, and Majotori is on sale for $1-ish (like it usually is). It's probably worth it. For anyone else, or at the $5.99 price, I would stay away. The game is very short. My first playthrough took around an hour and a half, and while the premise is genuinely interesting (a narrative adventure where story outcomes are influenced by your performance in a trivia game) the novelty wears off fairly quickly. Majotori is essentially a trivia game with some branching story scenes attached. The trivia itself is heavily focused on anime, video games, and pop culture. Anyone who watched the trailer should know exactly what they're getting into, so seeing negative reviews complain about the subject matter is honestly pretty funny. The game advertises itself clearly, and it delivers on that front. My bigger issue is that neither the trivia nor the stories left much of an impression. The character narratives are brief, the branching paths are limited, and by the time the credits rolled I didn't feel like I had experienced anything particularly memorable. I got this game from a random steam key, it was surprisingly fun to play together with my friends in a discord call. would 100% play it again.

Half coomer anime trivia even with the "animation" category turned to "less." Also, the animations take waaayyyy too long.
