About Matter
Dive into a strange and mesmerizing world where gravity is unpredictable and the laws of physics are constantly defied.

Matter is a first-person parkour game that will plunge you into an unknown and mysterious dimension. You will need to use your agility and wits to overcome obstacles and discover the secrets of a strange reality.
The action takes place in a world that is both fascinating and strange. You will need to explore this universe in search of answers, but be careful not to get lost in its twists and turns.

Gravity is a central element of Matter. It is unpredictable and can change at any moment. You will need to adapt to these changes to avoid falling into the void...
Matter is an intense and fast-paced action-adventure game. You will need to overcome increasingly difficult obstacles to progress. The adventure is interspersed with short puzzles that will require you to use several of your senses. Don't worry, the journey remains very accessible, anyone can make it through.

Important note: Please be advised that due to camera rotations and constantly altered perception, details may appear rapidly on screen and your sense of balance may be severely disrupted. For anyone who has ever experienced photosensitive epilepsy or motion sickness, it is not recommended to purchase or play this game as the risk of causing these episodes is real.

This is what Osmosis Jones sees after licking Drix.3 found this helpful
Nice little 3D platform game in psychedelic backgrounds (remember the Astral Plane in Control?). The game can be finished in one hour. There are some cool mechanics, the backgrounds have some diversity in the craziness, but the best part is the music (a little Akira style) that evolves with the action, and sometimes it looks like all the area is pulsing on the rhythm of the music!1 found this helpful
It's a tech demo... ... one that couldn't hold my attention for even half an hour. Maybe I have super ADHD, maybe this "game" is just a bit boring?
Best experienced with headphones and some weed.
I felt like sperm the majority of the time
Matter is less like harmony and more like a bad trip gone horribly wrong... I often found my body physically unconformable from the excessive sensory input (making the gamepad rumble continuously for entire game sequences was a mistake). The discordant aesthetics paired with clumsy gameplay make for an overall unpleasant experience.
